TRACK RECORD FLAGGING OUT
For many years – and throughout our local representations – we have been supporting various companies in entering the Central and Eastern European markets. The transport branch – with its need for flagging out – has been an important sector in our customers’ portfolio. We have flagged out many transport companies to different countries, such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ukraine and Romania. For each customer we chose the best matching country, based on its personal situation.
SPECIALIST IN (NET PAYMENT STRUCTURES
A large amount of our customers have employees that are working in several countries. Examples of such organisations – apart from transport companies – are outsourcing companies, labour companies and organisations that deploying their employees (partially) abroad. Since we have been supporting our customers in this topic for many years, we have become a specialist in the various (net) payment structures. Naturally all of which in full compliance with the applicable legislation. Especially these net payment structures are the foundation for the business case of transport companies.
KNOWLEDGE OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPEAN TRANSPORT BRANCH
Around 2005 we have shared our practical knowledge to the Dutch transport association (‘’TLN”) for their handbook ‘’Flagging out successfully’’. Ever since we have often shared our knowledge together with TLN to its members.
Our expertise of the Central and Eastern European transport branch was also confirmed in 2007 by the European Commission. The EU Directory of Energy and Transport selected EUNITE for sharing our knowledge and experience in an investigation of the enlargement of the EU and its effect on the transport sector.
MARKET LEADER FLAGGING OUT CENTRAL AND EASTERN EUROPE
The on-going need for flagging out AND the demand for re-structuring companies that flagged out in the past, force us to monitor the continuous changes in transport legislation. Over the years, this has made market leader in flagging out transport companies to Central and Eastern Europe.
